Who are we?
Quazaar Development is led by founder and senior software architect, Brian Perkins. While the company operates as a highly focused solo enterprise today, every project benefits from decades of deep, hands-on engineering experience.
After visiting the breathtaking Black Hills for over 24 years, Brian recently relocated from Iowa to make Rapid City his permanent home. With his family grown, he is fully invested in the local community and passionate about expanding the region’s technology base.
As Quazaar Development grows, our vision is to build a dedicated local workforce. We aim to mentor the next generation of developers, teaching them the vital ins-and-outs of the industry—including the foundational legacy languages (like C and C++) that still power much of the modern web.
